As a member of RRAA, you are automatically a member of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the Alabama Apartment Association (AAA). Associate
A supplier or company that provides a service or goods to the apartment industry.
Annual Dues: $355 ( RRAA-$299, AAA-$25, NAA-$31)
Management Company
To join at this level, a management company agent must be an owner, developer, property manager, resident manager, assistant resident manager, or leasing personnel.
Annual Dues: $450 ( RRAA-$425, AAA-$25)
Apartment Community/IRO
An apartment community is a property that is engaged in the apartment industry or multi-family rental business.
Annual Dues: Base- $450 Per Unit- $1.29
