RRAA Committees

The best way to get involved and make a difference is by joining a committee. If you are interested in joining a committee, please complete the application form and we will be in touch.

All committees and their chairpersons are appointed by the President. The Executive Committee members serve on all RRAA committees. 

Awards- The awards committee is responsible for planning the Beautification and Industry Awards, which are held annually in January. The awards recognize outstanding achievements in the multifamily industry.  

Education- The education committee is responsible for determining the types of educational seminars to be conducted during the calendar year. These seminars include Lunch & Learns, CPO Course, and National Designations. 

Events- The Events Committee plans networking events that are held throughout the year. These events provide opportunities for members to connect with each other.

Hospitality/Charity- The charity committee aims to plan initiatives that give back to our industry and other charitable organizations within the RRAA territory, while also collaborating with current Association members to retain membership.

Maintenance Appreciation- The maintenance appreciation committee is responsible for planning the event to recognize our members and their hard work.

Marketing/Media- The marketing and media committee is responsible for assisting with member outreach. This includes helping to welcome new members and ensuring that members are aware of upcoming events and member benefits.

Membership- The membership committee works to recruit non-members to join our organization.
