Professional Bio
Kim began her duties as Association Executive with the River Region Apartment Association in January 2025. Her career in the multifamily apartment industry began in 1994 at Bluewater Bay Resort in Niceville, Florida. Since that time, she has spent a total of 31 years working in the multifamily industry. Her career includes working onsite, in corporate property management and also in advertising/marketing with local apartment guides in the Montgomery, Mobile and Auburn Alabama markets.
Since 2001, Kim served many years as a board member and an officer with multiple apartment associations to include the River Region Apartment Association, Mobile Apartment Association and the Alabama Apartment Association. In 2008, she proudly served as President of the River Region Apartment Association.
Kim is very excited to step into the role as Association Executive with RRAA and looks forward to helping the association grow and prosper.
She currently lives in Tallassee, Alabama with her husband Chris whom she’s been married to for the past 32 years. They have three children who are Mary Beth (28), Hunter (25) and Hamp (22) who has been married for almost 1 year to his lovely wife Rose.
